Key Features
- Eco-Friendly Lifecycle: Crafted from 100% recycled paperboard or natural plant fibers, making it fully biodegradable, compostable, and recyclable after use.
- Superior Stability: Engineered with a deep-well, four-compartment design to securely hold multiple beverages, significantly reducing the risk of spills or tipping during transit.

- Shock-Absorbent Material: The naturally soft yet rigid texture of moulded pulp provides excellent cushioning, protecting delicate cups from impact.
- Universal Cup Compatibility: Designed to accommodate a wide range of standard takeaway cup sizes, typically from 8oz up to 20oz or 32oz depending on cup diameter.
Product Description & Specifications
The Moulded Pulp 4-Cup Drink Carrier is a “green” powerhouse for high-volume beverage service. Unlike standard plastic carriers, these moulded fiber trays are made from renewable resources like waste paper, cardboard, or bamboo pulp. The manufacturing process uses heat and pressure to create a sturdy, semi-rigid form that balances lightweight convenience with industrial-grade strength.

What to Consider When Choosing This Product
- Cup Fit: Ensure your cup’s bottom diameter is compatible; most trays fit a standard base of 2 5/8″ (66mm) or less for a snug, secure grip.
- Moisture Conditions: While naturally moisture-resistant, moulded pulp is best stored in a dry environment to maintain its structural integrity over long periods.
- Sustainability Alignment: Choosing 100% pulp over plastic helps meet increasingly stringent environmental regulations and appeals to eco-conscious consumers.
- Storage Efficiency: The highly stackable nature of these trays means you can store thousands in a relatively small footprint.
