The Jet Automatic Dispensing Machine JA-VSC-450 is an inline selective coating system for precise application of coatings and adhesives. It supports spray, brush and roller modes, SMEMA conveyors and CCD-assisted programming. Part of our Automatic Dispensing Machine range in Dispensing Solutions.
Product overview
The VCS-450 Selective Coating Machine is an automated system designed for precise surface coating and fluid application on electronic and industrial products. It provides accurate control over coating materials such as paints, adhesives, and protective coatings, ensuring uniform coverage and consistent quality across all surfaces.
This system supports multiple coating methods—including spray coating, brush coating, and roll coating—making it highly adaptable for various production requirements.
Equipped with an intelligent motion control system, the VCS-450 precisely adjusts coating thickness, speed, and position, greatly improving production efficiency and process stability.
The VCS-450 adopts an inline conveyor design, compatible with SMEMA communication interface, allowing seamless integration with other production equipment.
Its front safety door features an angled, transparent glass window for safe and convenient operation and maintenance.
An independent coating material feeding system ensures smooth and continuous operation, while the user-friendly programming interface supports a full range of dispensing patterns — dot, line, area, arc, and circle — for flexible process setup.
This desktop selective coating solution is ideal for PCB protection, conformal coating, and precision fluid dispensing in electronics manufacturing.
