1. Scope

This policy applies to standard products purchased directly on SMT-Mall.com (consumables, accessories, chemicals, packaging materials, FMCG products, etc.).

Machinery/equipment orders quoted through our RFQ (Request for Quote) process, custom-made products, and high-value equipment orders are not covered by this policy — warranty and return terms for these orders are defined separately in the signed contract or quotation.

2. Return Window

Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email, invoice, etc.) must be provided.
  • The product must not fall under the custom-order/RFQ category described in Section 1.

4. Return Request Process

  • Contact our support team at info@jitvietnam.com or (+84) 34 810 0358 / (+84) 913 235 498 within 7 days of receiving your order, providing the order number and reason for return.
  • SMT-Mall will confirm the request and provide instructions for packaging and shipping the item back.
  • Once the returned item is received and verified to meet the conditions in Section 3, SMT-Mall will process a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or incorrect quantity shipped: SMT-Mall covers return shipping costs both ways.
  • If the return is due to the customer’s change of mind or ordering error: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account used for the original payment, or as otherwise agreed between both parties.

7. Exclusions

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged due to customer handling.
  • Custom-made products or machinery/equipment quoted through the RFQ process.
  • Return requests submitted after the 7-day window from the date of delivery.
