This page explains how SMT-Mall delivers orders placed on smt-mall.com. If you have a question that is not answered here, please contact us.
1. Delivery within Vietnam
- Orders shipped within Vietnam are delivered by our courier partner Viettel Post.
- Shipping fees for standard orders are calculated at checkout from your delivery address (province and ward).
- Once your parcel is handed to the courier, you receive the shipping code by email, and you can follow it on our Track Order page.
- Cash on delivery (COD) is available for orders paid in VND.
2. Free shipping on E-Shop items
- Products in our E-Shop are shipped free of charge within Vietnam.
- E-Shop items are sold and delivered within Vietnam only.
- If your cart contains only E-Shop items and the delivery address is in Vietnam, the shipping fee at checkout is 0 ₫.
3. Machines, large equipment and international orders
- Machines and large equipment are delivered by arrangement. Delivery, installation and training (where applicable) are confirmed in your quotation.
- For deliveries outside Vietnam, shipping is quoted per order based on the destination, weight, dimensions and Incoterms. Please request a quote and our team will propose the best option.
4. Delivery time
We confirm the expected delivery date when your order is confirmed. In-stock items are prepared and handed to the courier as soon as possible; items made to order or imported are scheduled with you in advance.
5. Receiving your order
- Please check the parcel when you receive it. If the package is damaged or items are missing, note it with the courier, take photos and contact us as soon as possible — see the time limits in our Returns & Refund Policy.
- Returns and exchanges are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy.
