Description
SHP-A02 water-based nano-powder cleaning agent is formulated from various composite activators, nano-penetrating agents, and other refined materials. It is a completely neutral industrial cleaning product, widely used in hardware, electronics, precision machining, automotive, die-casting, and aerospace/marine industries. It effectively removes industrial residues, replaces traditional solvent-based cleaners, is environmentally friendly, non-corrosive, and does not fall under hazardous chemical classifications (per GHS classification and evaluation).
Its core advantage is a “2-in-1 Cleaning + Passivation” technology: nano particles rapidly penetrate oil films to reach embedded contamination, effectively breaking down flux, solder paste, red glue, and other stubborn residues — while simultaneously forming a protective film on the metal surface after cleaning, preventing re-contamination and oxidation and extending equipment lifespan.

Instructions for Use
- Primarily used for steel mesh cleaning and metal oil stain removal.
- Heating to 20–90°C (optimal 50–80°C) improves cleaning performance; recommended for use with ultrasonic cleaning equipment.
- Dilute with water at a ratio of 1:20–1:50, adjustable according to the degree of contamination. Soak the workpiece for at least 5 minutes.
- Suitable for manual brushing, ultrasonic cleaning, and spray cleaning. If excessive foam occurs, add an appropriate defoaming agent for best results.
